Dear Fellow Residents/ Apartment Owners

The invoices for the Maintenance Charges for the July-Sept, 2017 quarter have been dropped in the respective letter boxes.

SCMC regrets this unavoidable delay due to the switchover to the new GST regime.

We would like to remind you that the last date for receiving payments with rebate/ without late fee is July 15, 2017.

We are yet to raise these charges in the Apna Complex portal as we are awaiting some necessary changes to be made by the portal service provider.
