Dear Apartment Owners and Residents of South City,

Namaskar.

It has come to the attention of several residents that certain messages are being circulated questioning the consent letter supporting SUGRUHA (South City Group Housing Apartment Owners Association) in relation to the decree passed in O.S. No. 401/2012. 

The green thumb of South City, has been Smt Kamala Krishna, Vice President, SUGRUHA, who spearheaded the landscaping working group along with her team. MLA Shri M Krishnappa and BBMP officials have been instrumental in getting the park into a good state for the benefit of South city residents and surrounding community.

The following article describes the process to register as a member of SUGRUHA, if you are an apartment owner in South City who is not yet a member of SUGRUHA. If you purchased an apartment whose earlier owner was already a member of SUGRUHA, then you may follow the process for membership transfer, as explained later in this document.

A Warm Welcome from SUGRUHA!

SUGRUHA - The South City Group Housing Apartment Owners’ Association - is an Association registered under the Karnataka Apartment Ownership Act, 1972, which brings together the owners of apartments in the South City residential complex – popularly known as L&T South City - located in Kothanur Village, off Bannerghatta Road, near Arekere MICO Layout in South Bangalore.

South City project consists of 18 high rise buildings totalling to 1998 apartments. Over 6000 residents have made their home here, and the community continues to grow! We are a microcosm of India in terms of diversity of culture and language. We have a healthy mix of age groups, professions and vocations.
