Gentle Chair Yoga classes for Seniors and for those recovering from illness/injury, are starting from January. The sessions will include gentle stretching/asana, pranayam and relaxation/meditation.
This will help improve physical & mental health, lessen anxiety and help manage chronic pain symptoms better.
Classes will be held twice a week on Tuesday & Thursday mornings at 11am. Those interested for themselves or their parents please connect with me.
Also regular yoga classes are happening on Mon-Wed-Fri at 6pm in the clubhouse, for those interested in joining.
