CCTV: The project envisages coverage in (a) the 3 main gates, (b) lift lobbies in the LB, UB, ‘0’ level of all blocks, (c) all Lifts, (d) entry / exit points of basement vehicle parking areas, (e) podium entry of blocks and (f) identified points in the clubhouse complex. The locations are identified for reasonable coverage of entry / exit of people and vehicles and shall not be pointing into / inside any sport amenity or, residence or, swimming pool etc. The block security shall be able to monitor images of cameras of that block, while the security at the central point (helpdesk) would be able to monitor any location, as required. All recorded images shall be stored in the central server within the community and these shall be overwritten – recycled approximately, every 25 to 30 days. Some of the precautions include access control of the central server and storage devices and, barring the ability to copy images to external devices.
FTTH: As part of the infrastructure readiness, there shall be cabling work in the communication shafts of the blocks. Telecom boxes will be fixed next to the shaft doors, in the block corridors, one for every 16 apartments. Cabling to subscribing apartments shall be thru the internal ducts that currently carry the telephone cables to the apartment. The subscription to the services shall be completely optional and the contracts will be direct between the service providers (currently high speed broadband services from Airtel, Spectranet and Tata Telecom) and the subscribing residents, as per the packages / tariff published by the service provider. The infrastructure is at no fixed / recurring cost to the community and the arrangement is on a non-exclusive basis.
