Dear Residents,
As updated in the Town Hall held on 2-Dec-2012, effective this Saturday 8th Dec, 2012, wheel of a vehicle will be locked for unauthorized parking.
One will be required to contact the Security In-charge at Gate-1 (Tel: 4130-5001, 4110-7765), and pay a fine of Rs.500/- for unauthorized parking to get the wheel lock removed. A receipt will be issued.
An unauthorized parking could be (and not limited to)
- Parking in “No Parking” area
- Parking in front of Fire Hydrant
- Parking on the podium of a block (Parking in allotted reserved parking lot on blocks’ podium is not an unauthorized parking for the owner of the parking lot)
- Waiting on the podium (Paid driver driven cars and Taxis must wait in reserved parking lot and visitor parking lot respectively, and should be called to come to podium for pick up as one leaves home)
- Parking in reserved parking lot of some other resident
- Parking on the drive way, or parking in a reserved parking lot blocking the drive way, or parking in a reserved parking lot and blocking adjacent parking lot
- Parking in visitors’ parking area (by residents) (Residents with insufficient number of reserved parking options must take a reserve parking on rent, or obtain a reserved parking through due documentation from L&T)
If there is doubt whether parking is allowed or not in some location, please check with the Security In-charge at Gate-1 (Tel: 4130-5001, 4110-7765).
Please guide your visitor where to park so that s/he does not violate parking rules of South City unknowingly and is required to pay fine for violation.
